Motivation

This is my blog to help me achieve my Nifty by 50 goals:
  1. Lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle
  2. Become financially stable
  3. Improve my spiritual life
I have decided to focus on Goal #1 right now.

One way to stay motivated is to set a goal and write about how you are achieving that goal. My first step in achieving Goal #1 is to exercise for 30 minutes every day.

I know from past history, the best time for me to exercise is first thing in the morning -- once it's done, it can't be avoided for the rest of the day.

Tomorrow morning, I will get 30 minutes of exercise done and I"ll write about it later that day.
